A Collective Investment Fund For Employee Benefit Trusts

The BNYM Insight Stable Value Fund is a collective investment fund for employee benefit trusts and plans investing primarily in guaranteed investment contracts and other similar instruments that seeks to achieve high current income and stability of principal. Participants are limited to Defined Contribution Plans. The types of investments and their attendant risks are described herein. No assurances can be given that the BNYM Insight Stable Value Fund will achieve its investment objective. The BNYM Insight Stable Value Fund is intended to provide sponsors, trustees and investment managers of employee benefit trusts and plans with a cost-effective, administratively convenient vehicle that can be integrated into an investment program for employee benefit trusts and plans. 

The Bank of New York Mellon (the "Bank") sponsors a variety of collective investment funds, including the BNYM Insight Stable Value Fund ("Fund"), an unregistered bank product available only to qualified retirement plans. The Bank is the trustee for the Fund and has appointed Insight North America LLC to act as the discretionary sub-advisor to the Fund ("Sub-Advisor").
